A series of 6 black latticed panels composed of carved wood. The modular structure unites artistic, design, and architectural practice to explore notions of race, history, ownership, and discovery. Referring to both mashrabiya veils and fishnets of liberian fisherman, the installation symbolically recaptures lost narratives, existing before the formation of artificial nations.
